- Prepping a pad for a manufactured home or shop
Jobs we handle
Equipment advantage
Land clearing isn't one machine, it's the right combination. Tracked mulchers for brush, tractors for grading, grapples for debris. We bring what the job needs.

Untouched scrubland becomes a clean, level site ready for your project. We coordinate with your builder, your timeline, and your goals, and we don't leave a mess behind.

Land Clearing questions we get asked
Do I need a permit to clear my land?
It depends on the county, the acreage, and whether wetlands or protected trees are involved. We're not the permitting authority, so check with your county before work starts. We're glad to walk the site and tell you what we see that might raise a question.
How much does land clearing cost per acre?
There's no honest flat number. Stem density, tree size, slope, moisture, and whether stumps and debris have to leave the property can swing the price several times over. We quote after seeing the site or clear photos, and the number we give is the number you pay.
What happens to the stumps and debris?
Depends on the plan. For a mulched finish, material stays on site as ground cover. For a building pad, stumps typically need to come out and debris gets piled or hauled, which we scope and price up front so there's no surprise line item.
